5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Urbanfield Sports reserves the right to withhold, cancel or refuse questionable purchases for fraudulent activity.

6. PRE-ORDERS

6.1 Refunds/cancellations for pre-orders are available at any point before the item's closure date. We do not accept refunds/cancellations after the pre-order item's closure date. If you have ordered the wrong size/colour, please contact us before the item's closure date.

7. PRODUCTS

7.1 We provide sportswear clothing and accessories.

7.2 Urbanfield Sports puts the effect on display as accurately as possible, e.g. the colour of the graphic and the product colour that shows on the site. Urbanfield Sports cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device will display any of the colours accurately.

7.3 Urbanfield Sports may correct errors and inaccuracies at any time without notice as follows:

Product(s) that contain typography errors;
Inaccurate images/graphics relating to the product(s);
Inaccurate product(s) descriptions;

7.5 Some products have the option of personalisation on the product page, which includes an add-on fee. Personalised products cannot be refunded/returned unless the item is flawed. Urbanfield Sports is not liable for any incorrect misspelling, grammar, or sizing (please check before ordering) and reserves the right to refuse/cancel what is deemed offensive or abusive.

8. URBANFIELD SPORTS E-GIFT CARD

8.1 The Urbanfield Sports e-gift card is available for purchase in increments ranging from £10 to £100.

8.2 The Urbanfield Sports e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date purchased.

8.3 The Urbanfield Sports e-gift card is only redeemable via urbanfieldsports.co.uk. The Urbanfield Sports e-gift card is sent to the recipient via email within 24 hours after purchase.

8.4 You cannot refund, return, exchange, or cancel the Urbanfield Sports e-gift card after purchase. We are not liable for any incorrect misspelling or grammar, such as the recipient's name or email (please double-check before purchasing an Urbanfield Sports e-gift card). The Urbanfield Sports e-gift card should be treated like cash.

8.5 Urbanfield Sports reserves the right to withhold, cancel or refuse questionable purchases of the Urbanfield Sports e-gift cards for fraudulent activity.
