RETURNS & REFUNDS

All orders that have been bought on urbanfieldsports.co.uk have a 30-day return policy from the date purchased.

We do not accept refunds if you have ordered beyond 30 days of purchase. However, we only accept refunds within 30 days. For any returns beyond 30 days of purchase, we will not accept refunds/exchanged items.

For items that have a customise option, cannot be refunded/exchanged due to being customised. We cannot be held liable for any incorrect misspelling, grammar, or sizing (Please check before ordering). We have the right to refuse/cancel what we deem to be offensive or abusive.

We will accept returns and refunds with the following:

• The item is unwashed 

• In perfect condition

• In it's original packaging

 

If you received the wrong item or a flawed product e.g. incorrect colour/incorrect graphic by mistake, we will exchange the item free of charge as long it's not beyond 30 days of purchase.

If you have an item that you would like to return within 30 days of purchase, please email us at sales@urbanfieldsports.co.uk with your order number and detailed pictures of the product before returning the item.
